Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection and that of others, ALL dogs and cats must be on a leash or in a carrier and properly controlled while in the waiting area or in the examine rooms.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late, please reschedule. We value your time and the time of others.
Payment Policy
We require FULL payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, visa, mastercard, discover, and carecredit. To learn more about carecredit, and apply online, visit www.carecredit.com. St. Francis Pet Hospital requires a valid drivers license and social security number each time we accept a check. There will be a $30.00 administration fee for all returned checks.
No Show Policy
After a client's 2nd no call/no show for an outpatient appointment, they will be charged a fee for every no call/no show thereafter. You have up until 1 hour before the scheduled appointment to cancel to avoid charges.
For every no call/no show for a surgical appointment, there will be a Surgery No Show Fee. You have up until 1 business day prior to cancel or reschedule. Voicemails/texts left after business hours the day before do no count, and will still be charged.
